Adam Foote joined 413 LLC in December 2023 as the Director of Programs, where he is responsible for operational leadership, program management oversight, and enabling 413’s talented team to exceed expectations. Prior to joining 413, Adam supported security assistance, security cooperation, and M&E efforts at the Department of State Bureaus of African Affairs and Counterterrorism, and at the Department of Defense’s Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy, Office of Global Partnerships. Prior to moving to the Washington, DC region in 2012, Adam served in the U.S. Army for 6 years. Adam holds an MA in Security Studies from George Washington University and a BA in Psychology from Middlebury College.
