Carlyn Messinger

TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Carlyn Messinger joined 413 LLC in July 2023 as a Technical Specialist. Prior to joining 413, Carlyn worked as a contractor supporting the Office of Alumni Affairs within the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the State Department, as an editorial project manager for private-sector clients in Paris, France, and as a contractor supporting the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement at the State Department. 

Carlyn holds a BA with honors in international studies from American University, a master's in international public management from Sciences Po’s Paris School of International Affairs and an MSc with merit in international relations from the London School of Economics. At each institution, her focus was public diplomacy. She speaks Spanish and French.
