Jacob Zack is a Technical Specialist at 413, where he performs data collection, field research, and program evaluation for the U.S. Government. Jacob previously worked at the U.S. Institute of Peace where he helped create USIP's report on Elite Capture and Corruption of Security Sectors, supported the Task Force on the Security Sector in Ukraine, and bolstered judicial reform programming in Burkina Faso. Jacob has also performed research and analysis for the State Department’s Bureau of Conflict Stabilization Operations (CSO), the Wilson Center, and the Center for Security Studies. He has also worked as an academic research coordinator at Emory University and a management consultant for PwC. Jacob holds a master’s in security studies from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s from Emory University. Jacob has worked or studied abroad in Bolivia, France, and Peru.
