Lindsay Hunziker is an international mixed-methods evaluator and team leader with expertise in supporting large-scale foreign assistance programming applying quantitative and qualitative research designs to complex security and humanitarian environments. She’s led both program management and monitoring and evaluation consulting assignments funded by the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Congress, USAID, DFID, Gates Foundation, and the private sector across Africa, Asia, and Europe for impact evaluations and economic recovery projects. Her assignment sectors include counterterrorism, peace building, policy and youth workforce development, education, health finance and governance, and Feed the Future projects inclusive of gender and disability components with an emphasis on actionable recommendations for policymakers.

 

Lindsay holds an MPP from the University of California – Los Angeles, a BA from Penn State University, and speaks French and Portuguese mais ou menos. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast with a passion for field research, Philly sports (or whoever beats Dallas), and above all her family.
